1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing this website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

2. SERVICES

Front Porch Tea provides:

  • Free podcast episodes

  • Paid membership content

  • Audio storytelling and commentary

  • Optional downloadable materials

We may modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. MEMBERSHIPS

A. Access

Paid members receive access to:

  • Premium episodes

  • Early releases

  • Bonus content (if offered)

B. Billing

  • Payments processed via Beamly using Stripe

  • Subscriptions are recurring (monthly or annual)

  • You authorize automatic billing until canceled

C. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

No partial refunds unless required by law.

4. DONATIONS

We accept voluntary donations via Square.

  • Donations do not include membership access

  • Donations are non-refundable unless legally required

  • Donations are optional

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All content is owned by Front Porch Tea unless otherwise stated.

You may NOT:

  • Reproduce paid content

  • Redistribute episodes

  • Sell or sublicense content

  • Upload content to other platforms without express permission

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Share membership access

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the site

  • Scrape or bulk download content

  • Misuse content commercially

7. CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Content is for entertainment and informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy of third-party stories (e.g., Reddit content)

  • Outcomes from advice or commentary

All content is provided “as is.”

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use:

  • Beamly

  • Stripe

  • Square

We are not responsible for third-party outages or errors.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last billing cycle

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer protections under applicable law, including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where applicable.
